You built the group. You brought the people. And then the platform changed the reach, or the price, or the rules, and suddenly you are paying to talk to an audience that was yours all along. That is not a community — that is a tenancy.

Without it

What the week looks like now

  1. 01

The group lives on a platform that owns the members and shows them ads.

  2. 02

Announcements drown; the people who needed them never saw them.

  3. 03

Nobody can tell who is actually active without exporting something.

With it

What changes

  1. 01

Members, posts, files and agenda on one board, under your own name.

  2. 02

Every post belongs to a journey, so it reaches the people it concerns instead of everyone.

  3. 03

Reach and reads are measured per post — unique viewers, not vanity likes.

In practice

How it works

  1. 1

Members join a space; what they can see follows from their role, not from a group setting.

  2. 2

Post, file, poll or meeting — all in the same timeline, all searchable.

  3. 3

The dashboard shows what needs you today, so the important thing is not the newest thing.

This is one of 17 tools in CoVince. It is not a separate product — it sits on the same members, the same journeys and the same data as everything else, which is the entire point.

And it follows things up on its own. A survey nobody filled in, an appointment tomorrow, a decision still waiting for an answer, a growth path about to expire — the reminder goes out without anybody remembering to send it. That is usually somebody’s Friday afternoon.

Straight answers

Community: the questions people ask

Is the community under my own brand?

Yes. Your name, your look, your domain — members do not experience it as somebody else's product with your logo bolted on.

Who owns the member data?

You do. It stays in your workspace, it is not sold on, and it is the same member record the courses, the bookings and the mailings use — so nobody is ever imported twice.

How is this different from a Facebook group or Circle?

A group lives on someone else's platform and reaches whoever the algorithm feels like reaching. Here the post sits inside the journey it belongs to, so it reaches exactly the people it concerns — and you can see who actually read it. Mighty Networks is about €38 per month on its own; this is one of seventeen tools for €19 per user.

Can I have separate spaces for different groups?

Yes — per journey, per organisation, per course. The people, the posts and the agenda for a group stay on that group's own board.

Everything above, plus 16 more, for €19 per user.

The same stack bought separately costs €222 per user per month.
