The course day was inspiring. Everyone said so, in the evaluation, in the hotel. Six weeks later nothing has changed, because what was learned on that day never met the Tuesday it was supposed to be used on.

Without it

What the week looks like now

  1. 01

The LMS is an island: people log in, learn something, and nothing connects to their job.

  2. 02

Progress lives in an export, so nobody looks at it.

  3. 03

Making a module means fighting an editor built in 2012.

With it

What changes

  1. 01

Learning journeys with modules, materials and progress per member.

  2. 02

Results are written on the same record as the person's work, not in a separate system.

  3. 03

The people teaching it are already in the community around it.

In practice

How it works

  1. 1

Build a journey: sections, materials, actions, certificates.

  2. 2

Members follow it at their pace; you see where each of them is.

  3. 3

Discussion, questions and files stay attached to the section they belong to.

This is one of 17 tools in CoVince. It is not a separate product — it sits on the same members, the same journeys and the same data as everything else, which is the entire point.

And it follows things up on its own. A survey nobody filled in, an appointment tomorrow, a decision still waiting for an answer, a growth path about to expire — the reminder goes out without anybody remembering to send it. That is usually somebody’s Friday afternoon.

Straight answers

Learning & courses: the questions people ask

Can I build a full course in it?

Journeys with modules, materials, sessions, tests and a certificate at the end — and progress per person, visible to the people who need to see it.

How is it different from a normal LMS?

A normal LMS is a separate school with its own login and its own member list. Here the course sits on the same record as the work, the team and the questions people ask — you learn a thing on Tuesday and use it on Wednesday, in the same place.

Is it an alternative to Teachable, Thinkific or LearnWorlds?

For learning journeys, modules, progress and certificates, yes. Teachable Starter is about €27 per month; learning is one of seventeen tools for €19 per user.

Can I sell a course to people outside my organisation?

Yes — the same journey can serve your own team and an outside audience, on your own brand, with the community and the mailings around it.

Everything above, plus 16 more, for €19 per user.

The same stack bought separately costs €222 per user per month.
